  • Book Cover Design: Book cover design includes 24 hour service (a little longer if over weekend). This includes ebook cover image, print-ready paperback covers for both Ingram and Amazon. No limits on revisions but each revision request does take 5 minutes of full-service credits.
  • Ebook Conversion: We prefer a Word document but can also use an inDesign file or PDF. Please note that working from a PDF often introduces errors since PDF is not a source file so please try to provide the source.
  • Print Book Interior Formatting: No hard limit on book size. We require a Word Document, but can also work from an inDesign or PDF - although PDFs can be problematic and require careful proofing on your end, No limit to changes, but each change does use up full-service credits.
  • Ebook Distribution: We can distribute your ebook through your own IngramSpark account we can distribute through our publisher account. Your own account requires some setup on your part and access coordination with us. Distribution through our account is hassle free on your end but 1) our share is 15% of the NET royalties - so if you make $100, our share is $15. 2) All royalties must meet a $25 threshold before payment.
